QUIT THE BLAME GAME!

Getting yourself to move forward from a background situation can be dicey, this situations could be series of events that take place in your household, place of worship, study centres and even business environments.

The “I can’t believe he chose not to support  my craft” Or that “one uncle that never picks his calls just because I gave him my curriculum vitae” Wait! Is it the constant self doubt, blame and worry?

“Every other person got a scholarship except for me, my parents didn’t have enough to Carter to my educational needs” you see wallowing in self doubt, Blame and pity is easy! I mean what is the very essence of cortisol? (Laughter out loud) it loves when you are stressed so it can function properly and in return it blesses your existence with panic attacks and a distorted mental state for days. Is it all worth it?

Hello! I almost forgot to mention that this traits are even more prevalent in privileged individuals, something or someone someone must be held responsible for a situation that didn’t turn out in your favour(sighs in huge disbelief).

This right here (you alone are in charge of events in your life) has got to be my mantra because I can’t imagine how many times I have got to say this. No one owes you that success you are hungry for and I hope you drop and quit that blame game today.

Always remember to embrace your unique wholesomeness.
